VWR Student, Professor, Educator, Author's NEW BOOK coming out!
Voice with Raquela student and author, Janay Brown-Wood, is gearing up to launch her newest children's book "JAM, TOO", illustrated by Jacqueline Alcantara, published by Nancy Paulsen Books. Janay is dedicating it to her inspirational cousins, Jeanette Harris and Michael Harris. It hits the shelves on Tuesday, February 27th, 2024! Two public musical story time events in partnership with the Sacramento Public Library is in-the-works, with free giveaway of “JAM, TOO?” to attendees while supplies last! Word Take Wings event in partnership with UC Davis School of Education and the Sacramento Public Library where patrons can purchase “JAM, TOO” and get it signed!
